- Mark sheet of S.S.C & H.S.S.C.
- Caste Certificate signed by Authorized Signatory.(Original)
- Original Certificate & Validity Certificate will be essential for Tribal Student from the Adivasi Vikas Vibhag.
- Non-Cream layer for NT-C, NT-D, NT-B,OBC , SB
Original Documents will be compulsory at the time of admission. Bonafied Certificate is essential for those who have taken admission elsewhere . Those who failed to submit original documents within 7 days of admission, will be responsible for the cancellation of admission.
- Self attested Xerox copy of 10th and 12th Marksheet.
- Self attested Xerox copy of 10th and 12th passing Certificate.
- Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate.
